WeAreGroup partnered with Pfando's cash & drive GmbH to develop a cutting-edge mobile application designed to digitize and simplify document capture and processing for their employees. This innovative app enhances operational efficiency by automating the recognition, classification, and assignment of identity, vehicle, and verification documents using AI-powered image and text recognition.

The app enables users to capture documents directly via mobile devices, reducing manual effort and accelerating customer interactions by generating pre-filled internal datasets that seamlessly integrate with Pfando’s CRM system. Additional features include on-device electronic signature capability for contract finalization, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Built as a cross-platform app using Capacitor, React, and TailwindCSS, the solution is backed by a robust Go-based backend, with AWS Textract powering document classification and data extraction. This project highlights WeAreGroup’s ability to merge cutting-edge technology with practical business needs, delivering scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in everyday operations.
